Heart of Texas Concert Band 

Soloist for the concert was

Tuba soloist Louie Blancarte, who performed

Ralph Vaughan Williams’ Concerto for Tuba and Band. 

Blancarte is a graduate of Judson High School and the University of North Texas, and teaches at Briesemeister Middle School in the Seguin Independent School District.
